The PCM boys and girls basketball teams will host Greene County tonight in a Heart of Iowa Conference varsity doubleheader.

The games were originally scheduled to be played on Friday but they were moved up due to expected extreme temperatures. The PCM boys and girls are both coming off wins over Perry on Tuesday night where the girls won 55-25 and the boys won 65-41. The #7 ranked PCM girls are currently riding a 13 game win streak and hold a 14-1 record as they sit on top of the Heart of Iowa Conference. The Mustang boys have won four straight and are 10-4 overall and are currently second in the league standings. 

The Greene County boys currently sit at 3-11 on the season while the girls team holds a 5-10 mark. The PCM girls are currently led in scoring by senior Tori Lindsay who averages 13.7 points per game and the boys are led by senior Chase Wagaman who averages 10.2. 

Tonight’s doubleheader in Monroe starts at 6:00 pm.
