
The City of Norwalk had a successful year in 2025, as the city had a 63% increase in value of new commercial development in 2025, adding up to $67 million in value. Norwalk Economic Development Director Hollie Zajicek noted that Norwalk also had a 64% increase in new industrial development, totaling the value to nearly $100 million in taxpayer value. Heading into 2026, Norwalk will continue their process of annexing 2,900 acres. These details were shared earlier this week at the Warren County Board of Supervisors meeting.
