The officer then attempted to catch back up to it to pull it over but when they got behind the vehicle, the vehicle increased its speed well over the 25 mph speed limit and was continuing South on Attica Rd. The officer then initiated their emergency lights and sirens and was traveling 60 mph and was not catching up to the motorcycle. The chase eventually got up to over 125 mph, when the officer finally caught up with the motorcycle operated by Spears which came to a stop and an arrest was made.
