The Pella School Board is holding a special session today to offer a contract to its next superintendent. An extensive closed session was held Monday following committee interviews with the three finalists. The board authorized Grundmeyer Leadership Services to make a verbal contract offer to the preferred candidate just after 9 p.m. that evening.
