The Warren County Board of Supervisors are hopeful a few of the county’s zoning fees could be reduced in the near future. Warren County Board of Supervisors Chairman Brian Arnold says the board has been working with a consulting firm to redo all of the ordinances. 

“The consulting firm is actually going through with the zoning department on their fees. A good thing is that the consulting firm actually recommended reducing the fees in a vast majority of the situations. We haven’t finalized any of the numbers or anything like that, but there’s a good chance some of those fees like building permit fees could actually be going down in the near future.”

The Warren County Board of Supervisors hopes to have those numbers finalized in a meeting in the near future.
