
The Knoxville City Council will consider the final plans for the new public safety/city hall building at their meeting Monday.
The council will hold a public hearing and consider approving the plans, specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the project and will also consider a resolution to accept bids, and award the contract. Also at the meeting there will be an oath of office administered to Lieutenant Will Munley and the council will hold a public hearing and consider approving the plans, specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the 2026 Street Improvements Project along with accepting bids and awarding a contract. The meeting will close with budget presentations for administration, planning and zoning, hotel/motel, and local option sales tax.
Monday’s Knoxville City Council meeting will start at 6:15 pm at City Hall.
