Prior to the that, the council held a public hearing to amend a hangar lease agreement with Vermeer Corporation and approved resolutions to approve a construction contract and bond for the Pella Community Center alley reconstruction, set a public hearing to amend a hangar lease with Weiler and the City of Pella, and a public hearing on a ground lease with Classic Aviation.
