State of Iowa Representative Brooke Boden says property tax reform is the forefront of the 2026 Iowa Legislation, an issue that has been a highly talked about topic in recent years. Boden says the only vote on the floor as of last week has been the property rights bill related to the carbon caption eminent domain issue.

“The House has taken a vote on that and sent it to the Senate. The Senate has also had their proposal, and I think that will be the other big talking points and making sure the state of Iowa is well represented there.”
