The Indianola City Council approved a few new pieces of fitness equipment for the Indianola Wellness Campus at their meeting on Monday. Indianola City Manager Jake Meshke says representatives from the IWC confirmed the pricing of $25,000 on Monday. 

“They went ahead and solicited pricing for those and we just know we are getting competitive rates and ultimately selecting the lowest price from the responsible group. This ensures that we are addressing the equipment needs that we need in a way that is responsible in a financial sense.”

The two machines that will be purchased will be a stack machine and a matrix leg press.
