The Norwalk City Council will meet in regular session this evening, with several zoning items, development agreements, and infrastructure-related actions on the agenda.

Council members will consider multiple resolutions, including contract payments for the North River Interceptor Extension Phase 1 project and the Highway 28 Beautification Project. The council will also review appointments to several boards and committees, approve budgeted IT hardware purchases, and set a public hearing date related to a future general obligation loan agreement for capital improvements.

The council will also hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to the Orchard Hills Planned Unit Development, which would allow for R-4 high-density residential and C-5 traditional neighborhood commercial uses in portions of the development. The council will then have the first reading of an ordinance amending the Orchard Hills PUD master plan and development guidelines. Council members will also consider an amended development agreement with Dunn Industrial Condominiums LLC, along with the termination of a minimum assessment agreement tied to the project.

The meeting is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. at Norwalk City Hall.
