A Monroe man has a significant amount of spending money after claiming a $100,000 lottery prize. Danny Mattix recently claimed the second top prize in the Iowa Lottery’s new “Instant Jackpot” scratch game. Mattix purchased the winning ticket at the 201 Ralph Street Casey’s in Monroe, and claimed his money at the lottery’s main office in Clive.
