A Knoxville man has been arrested for felony stalking.

According to court records, on February 7th a Knoxville police officer met with a 46-year-old female who was a protected party on an active no contact order from Harry Partee Jr. The protected party reported that she had been getting daily calls from Partee Jr. for the last ten days, and the officer counted nineteen missed calls from an unknown number to her phone on February 6th. The defendant left a voicemail and the protected party then had 16 missed calls from an unknown number.

The protected party allegedly answered the unknown call to attempt to get the defendant to stop calling her and when she answered the call the defendant allegedly asked her to drop the criminal charges against him. The protected party reported that this was the fourth time Partee Jr. had asked her to drop the criminal charges against him. Partee Jr. was located by Knoxville Police and placed under arrest.

Partee Jr. is charged with stalking violation of a no contact order, a Class C Felony, and two counts of misdemeanor harassment.
