The Knoxville Boys Wrestling Squad heads to the biggest meet of the season as the Panthers travel to Benton Community for the class two-A District meet. Knoxville will be joined by Dike-New Hartford, Grinnell, Nevada, Solon, South Tama and Wilton. Coach Josh Link tells KNIA/KRLS Sports there will be a few teams they have not seen this season, but the goal is still the same to compete and challenge for a state berth.

Link: “It’s always fun to go see other parts of the state. I wish it was not the biggest meet of the year. All we’re asking of our kids like in other meets is just compete for the entire 6:00 and let the chips lay where they lay.”
