The Marion County Board of Supervisors approved a 28E agreement for the Knoxville Area Pavement Rehabilitation Project at their meeting Tuesday.

This is an agreement with the City of Knoxville for the project which will consist of three Knoxville area road projects including asphalt overlay on 110th Ave., mill and overlay on McKimber Drive, and mill and overlay on South Attica Road. Marion County is contributing $1 million in local option sales tax funding for the project, and the City of Knoxville will pay $450,000.
