Two programs remain as part of the Windmill Winterim program at Pella Historical Museums, one of which aims to give a day of fun for adults in the community.

Pella Historical Museums Executive Director Jessi Galligan says they are hosting Dutch Day Camp: Grown Up’s Edition. She says the goal is to give adults a chance to experience what students do at their annual summer camp. Lisa Jaarsma Zylstra, a Pella native with a Master’s degree in history, is leading the program and has dedicated much of her research to the history of Pella and its connection to the Netherlands.

The cost is $60 for members and $75 for non-members, and registration is restricted to those age 21 and older.
