A Celebration of Life for Grace Isley-Briley, 76, of Des Moines, will be held Sunday, February 22nd, from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at American Legion Post 0111 in Newton. A private family graveside service will take place at a later date at Dallas Cemetery.
