The Marion County Board of Supervisors concluded their annual budget session on Thursday. 

This is the annual week where the board discusses and finalizes budgets with each department ahead of the upcoming fiscal year. The board went through all county department budgets from Tuesday-Thursday. The county will look to have all department budgets completed by February 27th to allow required publications and meetings under House File 718. The final documents are then due to the State of Iowa by April 30th. The Marion County Board of Supervisors will meet again on Tuesday for their regular session.
