The Warren County Board of Supervisors have provided partial matching funds for the state recreational trails project contract. The board has been working with Warren County Conservation on a consistent basis to fund $85,000 for the Great Western Trail Project. The trail is an 11-mile-long trail also known as the Summerset Trail between Carlisle and Indianola.
