The Indianola girls basketball begins their playoff journey tonight with a home playoff game against Ottumwa. The Indians and the Bulldogs squared off in Indianola’s season opener, with the Indians winning 45-28. Since then, Ottumwa has won 19 games in a row. 

For Indianola, they ended the regular season 13-8 overall and 7-6 in the Little Hawkeye Conference. The Indians have two players average double figures scoring during the regular season, with Madison Grover recording nearly 13 points a game and Lauren Olson posting 11.6 points per game. The Indians come off a 49-43 win in a home win against Pella Christian and are looking for their second win this season against the Bulldogs.
