A Reasnor woman arrested on three class D felony drug charges last summer has been given one year of probation after pleading guilty to a reduced serious misdemeanor offense. Twenty-year-old Kylie Nicole Villalobos faced two controlled substance violations and a charge of failure to affix a drug tax stamp. She pleaded guilty Monday to first offense possession of a controlled substance, and was sentenced by District Court Judge Nicholas Bailey.
Court documents say the Jasper County Sheriff’s Department arrested Villalobos on July 28th of last year, after getting a complaint about two women smoking marijuana on the back deck of a Reasnor home. A search warrant for the Third Street residence was issued after the investigating deputy detected a strong odor of marijuana, and found multiple people at the house. After a search warrant was obtained, deputies reported finding multiple marijuana products, drug paraphernalia, and multiple digital scales.
