The Trojans were led in scoring by Liv Klootwyk who had 16 points and Taylor Perkins who had 11. Coach Allyson Price told KNIA/KRLS after the game that despite the loss it was a great end to the season and she is proud of how her team fought and grateful for the support of all the fans.

“It’s been so fun. In the locker room obviously the girls are sad and upset but like I tell them there is so much to be proud about. A Trojan girls basketball team hasn’t made a regional final in a long time and our community supported us and we came out today and had a great crowd. It’s awesome to see that people are supporting us and wanting to come out to watch a girls basketball game to support girls athletics at Pleasantville.”

The Trojans end their season with a 13-12 overall record and will graduate one senior.
