The Simpson basketball seasons have ended with the women’s team losing in the first round of the American Rivers Conference Tournament (A-R-C) and the men’s team missing the tournament by tiebreaker. 

The Storm women graduate key seniors such as Maddax DeVault, Elle Street, Regan Grimsley and Lili Duckman. DeVault led Simpson with 17.3 points per game and shot over 88% from the free throw line which led the A-R-C. The Storm women’s season ended with a 77-72 home loss to Luther in the first round of the A-R-C tournament and finished with a record of 13-13 and 9-7 record in the conference. 

The Simpson men graduate three seniors in Bo Huston, Levi Gurwell and Marcus Haupert. All three men played considerable time with Gurwell ranking second in the scoring column as he averaged over 14 points a game. The Storm return leading scorer Cam Henderson and leading rebounder Calix Cahill. The Storm men’s season ended with a 76-71 road loss to Coe to finish their season at 9-16 and 6-10 in conference play.
