The Warren County Board of Supervisors are finalizing their 2027 fiscal year budget. The public hearing to potentially publish the budget will be held in March and Warren County District One Supervisor Brian Arnold says the growth of Warren County is affecting the annual budget. 

“You know with the passing of legislation, recently a couple of years ago, growth of the county has factored into budgeting. We’re limited to three percent revenue in our general fund, but because Warren County is growing faster than three percent, that part of the levy is always going down. That helps people in the cities and in rural areas.”
