The Marion County Board of Supervisors approved a site plan for a future event venue in Otley at their meeting Tuesday. The new venue, which will be constructed by SBS Enterprises LLC, will turn a barn located at 1968 Clemens Street in Otley into a future commercial event center. The event center will include an upstairs loft for overnight guests, bathrooms, prep areas, a kitchen, utility space, and a covered porch. The venue will also have a food prep kitchen that will be utilized for future catering service. Along with the site plan, the board approved the property to be rezoned from agriculture to commercial ag. A complete look at the site plan can be found here.
