The Knoxville City Council will continue their annual budget presentations on Monday. The council is going over different department budgets for Fiscal Year 27 at each meeting, to break up the presentations over several meetings. The council started this process in late January, and will go over the budget for the Police and Fire and Rescue Departments on Monday. Also at the meeting, the council will hold two public hearings and consider action regarding entering into loan agreements for the new public safety/city hall facility. Monday’s Knoxville City Council meeting will start at 6:15 pm at City Hall.
