Senior Maddax DeVault and sophomore Ella Anderson headlined five Simpson women’s basketball players recognized by the American Rivers Conference with all-conference honors.

DeVault earned first team distinction after finishing second in the league in scoring and leading the conference at the free throw line, while Anderson secured second team recognition behind one of the A-R-C’s most efficient shooting seasons. Taylor Hansen, Keira McCormick and Elle Street each added honorable mention accolades to round out the Storm’s postseason honors.

Simpson concluded the year 13-13 and 9-7 in conference play, finishing top four in the standings for the eighth straight season. The Storm ranked second in the A-R-C in scoring offense (68.5 ppg) and field goal percentage (43.6), and first in steals per game (11.19), assists per game (15.88), and overall turnover margin (3.46).

Simpson’s five all-conference selections are the most for the program since the 2021-22 season when six players were honored. Street earns her second straight honorable mention nod, while DeVault, Anderson, Hansen, and McCormick secure their first league honors.
