A Warren County man has been charged with a felony drug offense following the execution of a search warrant earlier this month.
According to court records, law enforcement executed a State of Iowa search warrant on February 9th at a residence on Washington Street in Sandyville connected to 62-year-old Gregory Earl Lowe. During the search, authorities located methamphetamine, a digital scale, and numerous items of drug paraphernalia inside the residence.
Investigators say the items recovered indicated the unlawful manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance, specifically, less than five grams of a mixture containing methamphetamine. Lowe has been charged with a Controlled Substance Violation, a Class C felony.
Court documents show an arrest warrant was issued in Warren County District Court after a judge determined there was probable cause to believe Lowe committed the offense. The order states there is no bond until Lowe makes his initial court appearance. Lowe lists a Sandyville address in Warren County. The case remains ongoing in Warren County District Court.
