The Pella School Board will discuss the upcoming fiscal year salary increases at their meeting on Tuesday. The board will review the teacher salary settlement increase, which will reflect 2.51% from FY 2026 to 27. Also on the agenda are raises for administration and non-teaching staff, the 2024-25 audit report, consideration of the 2026-27 health insurance plan, and a new assistant high school activities director position. The Pella School Board meeting was moved to Tuesday, March 10th at 5:30 p.m., in part, due to the state basketball game ongoing on Monday.
