Tulip Time preparation begins in earnest with the annual Dutch Costume Market, held inside the Scholte Church at the Historical Village. Director of Pella Historical Museums Jessi Galligan says they have new and gently used Dutch costumes in a variety of sizes, making it easier for families to participate in the annual festival. The market will be held March 26th through the 28th, with varying hours those three days at the Scholte Church.
