The following Pella High School students competed at the State Business Professionals of America (BPA) Conference in February: Elliana Schlerman, Tristin Plants, Noah Stewart, Malachi VanHaaften, and Reagan DeJong.

Here are the results:

Fundamental Accounting Competition (usually has 60+ students participate)
2nd place – Malachi VanHaaften (qualified for the National Leadership Conference)
8th – Noah Stewart
15th – Reagan DeJong

Payroll Accounting Competition (usually has 40+ students participate)
1st place – Tristin Plants (qualified for the National Leadership Conference)
3rd – Elliana Schlerman (qualified for the National Leadership Conference)
