pella-public-library-upcycle-challenge

The Pella Public Library invites the community to participate in their third Earth Day Upcycle Challenge.

The event, which began on March 1st, challenges community members to take home Upcycle Kits, which contain items from the library that can’t be recycled. There will be an exhibit of all finished projects at the library from April 1st to May 11th in celebration of Earth Day, which is observed on April 22nd every year. Guidelines for the Challenge and information about submitting an item for display will be included with the kit. Those interested in participating can also visit the library to find items that were submitted in previous challenges for inspiration.

The Upcycle Challenge is free and open to all ages. For questions about this or other upcoming programs, contact the Pella Public Library at 641-628-4268.
