Salaries for all teachers, staff, and administrators were set for the Pella Community School District’s upcoming fiscal year. Superintendent Greg Ebeling says the Pella School Board approved the settlement agreements on Monday, with the majority of raises ranging from 2.5 to three percent — with some exceptions for staff at the top of the revamped salary schedule.
