The Indianola Community District School Board met for their monthly meeting earlier this week and one of the discussions was the sale and deposition of high school equipment, furnishings and supplies. Superintendent Tara Paul, says there are many items they are willing to sell that won’t be utilized when the new wing is complete and demolition begins.

“The board allows us to open the building up for about a week for anybody public or private that would like to come in and look at what we have left in the building. We really want people to be able to use what we have if there is a use for it, and we will be posting twice in the paper those times and places where the public can come and look at what we have. It will be up to them to provide insurance, provide any removal costs and take it out themselves.”

Paul says the advertisements for the sale should appear in the next week or two. Hear the full interview, click here.
