The second annual Marion County United Way Giving Gala will be held on March 28th.

The fundraiser event will be from 5-9 pm at the Knoxville Armory. The evening will include a three course meal, trivia, and a silent auction. All proceeds will support the organization. Marion County United Way is a non-profit organization that fundraises to financially help support 14 organizations in Marion County that help strengthen Marion County through health, human service and education. 

Marion County United Way Board Member Kamryn Ryan says this event is a great way to enjoy an evening out with other people while supporting a great cause. 

“It’s just a great way to have a fun night out, to support the community while doing so, to support local businesses through the silent auctions, and I also just think it’s a great way to meet people. There are people of all different ages there so it’s really not an intimidating event, it’s just a really great way to participate in something fun and do something good while doing that.”

The armory is located at 1015 N Lincoln St. in Knoxville. Tickets for the event are $40 and a table of eight is $300. Tickets can be purchased by following this link, visiting Marion County Bank or Venmo kamrynryan.
