The Warren County Board of Supervisors will meet on Tuesday with several administrative and funding items on the agenda.
Supervisors will begin the meeting by considering the consent agenda, which includes approval of claims and minutes from recent meetings, along with several personnel changes and step increases in various county departments. The board will also consider setting three public hearings for April 7th regarding a land conveyance between Warren County and Steven and Donna Crow, along with two separate requests to rezone land from Agricultural to Rural Residential districts.
Later in the meeting, supervisors will consider appointing a community member to the Aging Resources Board of Directors. The board will also review a request for a letter of support for Maximillions’ Muddy Puddles Children’s Memorial Splash Pad project. In addition, supervisors will consider approving a financial contribution to the City of Indianola to assist with costs related to the removal of fuel tanks. The agenda also includes receiving and filing reports from General Assistance, the Warren County Humane Society, and the Warren County Recorder.
The meeting will conclude with a supervisor’s report, public input, and setting the next meeting date for April 7th at 9:00 a.m.
