While it definitely doesn’t feel like it now, an upcoming stretch of warm weather will have tulips in Pella showing their colors soon.

New City of Pella Recreation Director Spencer Winzenried says the Parks Department has been hard at work preparing for the annual spring bloom. A status map will be released soon that details regular updates about the flower beds in the community showing color and reaching their peak viewing.
