
Senior Kaelyn Tally became the first Simpson gymnast to earn All-America honors at the NCGA Championships, tying for fifth place on vault with a 9.775.
Tally secured the program’s first All-America medal at the national meet with her 9.775, finishing behind a four-way tie for first at 9.800. She added a 9.650 on floor and was named the NCGA Most Outstanding Senior Gymnast at the conclusion of the meet.
Emmie Barton added a 9.700 on vault, matching her second-highest career score to tie for 11th place.
Liz Sisler also tied for 11th, delivering one of the top routines in program history on uneven bars with a career-high 9.775, tied for the second-highest score ever by a Simpson gymnast on the event.
Evalyn Resnick rounded out Simpson’s competitors with a 9.600 on balance beam.
