The Marion County Board of Supervisors will meet in a special session Tuesday regarding the county property tax levies which will be followed by their regular session.

The only agenda item for the special session is a public hearing for the proposed FY27 county property tax levies. In the regular session the board will hold a public hearing and consider two agenda items for a 28E agreement and disposal of real property with the City of Knoxville, hold a public hearing and consider the adoption of the Marion County 2040 Comprehensive Plan, hold a public hearing and consider a resolution for the road department office building, and hold a public hearing and look to approve a contract for the Knoxville Area Pavement Rehabilitation Project.

Tuesday’s Marion County Board of Supervisors special session meeting will start at 8:45 am with the regular session to follow at the County North Annex.
