The Indianola Chamber of Commerce held a groundbreaking for the new Spruce Street Development Townhome Project on Tuesday. Indianola Residents Cody and Cassi Sinclair along with Lee Adams are heading on the project. The group already has their first buyer, and plan to have six townhomes completed by the end of this year. The group says the townhomes will be 1,650 square feet.

“There will be six total. One is already under contract. There will be two beds up, two beds down and three bathrooms. Yeah, really nice high end finishes, quartz countertops, and 1650 square feet.
