Through a donation from Precision Pulley & Idler (PPI), Pella Christian High School has installed a new state-of-the-art Daktronics video scoreboard at Eagles Stadium.

The new video board, which measures 25 feet wide by 37.5 feet high, will debut this spring. It marks just the latest improvement to Eagles Stadium, joining recent upgrades that include new turf, track resurfacing, and rebuilt retaining walls. The upgrades will enhance the game day experience, while also creating hands-on learning opportunities for students working in the tech booth through live production, digital media, and event management at home events and livestreams. PPI CEO and President Matt Buckingham says that it was an easy decision to partner with Pella Christian to install the new video scoreboard on the North side of Eagles Stadium.

“We’ve always been active in seeking out opportunities to partner with the communities to make donations where it makes sense, and scoreboards have always kind of been our thing. So, we really enjoy partnering with the high schools to help them with their scoreboards, and there’s a lot of benefits obviously for us because of our community involvement and because of our children.”
