The Spruce Street Townhome Project held their groundbreaking ceremony Tuesday with a desired goal to complete the project by the end of this year. Cody and Cassi Sinclair with Lee Adams are heading on the project and they say they look to begin the construction process early next week.

“You know we’ll break ground at the end of this week, and then we’ll be looking to be done with that in about five months After that, just keep building the second and then the third one, so we’re hoping to be finished up by the end of this year with all three of these structures. That is the goal.”
