A man has been released from Marion County Jail on $5000 bond after being charged with 2nd degree burglary. Pleasantville Police Chief Joe Mrstik says that 34-year-old Nicholas Mosher is accused of taking a credit card from the Pleasantville Fire Department last month and using it multiple times. According to Marion County Court Records, Mosher was witnessed inside the Pleasantville Fire Station last month. Mosher was formally a member of the department, but was no longer a member after he moved from the area last year. He’ll be in court for an initial appearance on Friday.

The burglary charge is a Class “C” felony, meaning Mosher faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted.
