80 percent of the people arrested by the Knoxville Police Department over Nationals were from Marion County. That’s according to Knoxville Police Chief Dan Losada, who released Nationals statistics this week. Losada notes the 138 man hours the Police Reserves provided over the 10 days saved the City up to 4600 dollars. 30 arrests were made in all, the most since 2006. 16 of those arrests were alcohol-related. Citations were down about 20 percent over the seven-year average.
