Agri-tourism is booming in Marion County. Dan-D Farms corn maze, 6 miles south of Knoxville on Highway 14, is open through November 2, from 12 to 8, Friday through Sunday. Owner Dan Dennison tells KNIA KRLS News that there is a Haunted Maze, which this year is separate from the corn maze. The haunted maze is open Friday and Saturday, from dusk to 10. Pierce’s Pumpkin Patch is also open daily through the end of October, from 8am to 7pm. One of Pierce’s main attraction is the Giant Hay Bale Maze, featuring displays, live animals and more than 150 bales of hay. Pierce’s Pumpkin Patch is located 12 miles south of Knoxville, also on Highway 14.
