A Lyon County man was arrested in Pella Wednesday morning for allegedly driving drunk.

The Pella Police Department arrested 34 year old Jacob Steven Marco and charged him with operating while intoxicated-3rd offense, a Class D felony. According to court documents, police received information at approximately 10:30 a.m. of a man driving a possibly stolen car. Officers pulled over the vehicle after observing a traffic violation on Washington Street.

During the stop, police say Marco had difficulty following orders and admitted to drinking. Marco also has an outstanding warrant in Osceola County, after he was arrested last month for OWI. He has prior OWI convictions in 2005 and 2009.
