The Knoxville School Board met in regular session Monday.

The board was introduced to new staff members. The board approved Barry Smith as the new Director of Technology as well as approved four student and staff fundraising request that included a FFA Fruit Sale, Cheerleading Clinic, Girls Basketball Coaches versus Cancer event, and Red Cross Hurricane Help. The board finished the meeting by taking a tour of buildings in the district.
