Pavement patching has begun on Old Highway 92 between T17 and 195th Pl.

The Marion County Roads Department estimates that the construction will take three weeks and will take place over box culverts in two areas. No detour will available, however the roads department tells KNIA/KRLS News they encourage traffic to use New Highway 92 as access to the area, and traffic will be maintained to all properties during construction. Marion County Engineer Tyler Christian tells KNIA/KRLS News this construction is one of the first of the bigger projects throughout spring and summer, and they also have been hard at work on smaller ones with different techniques like pavement patching or concrete filling, and as the weather turns warmer the bigger road repair work will begin. Christian also warns that some of the road repair work has been delayed by colder weather, and if you notice any road that needs to be repaired you should contact the roads department.
