Charlene Ruth McGregor, age 90, of Monroe passed away on Friday, July 2, 2021 after bravely facing a stroke. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 10, 2021 at 10:00 am at Coburn Funeral Home in Monroe. Burial will take place at Silent City Cemetery in Monroe. The family will greet friends from 9:00 am until service time at the funeral home.
