The Pleasantville Boys basketball team will have their metal tested with a tough stretch of competition following the holiday break.
The Trojans will see a return visit from the Cardinals of Central Decatur, a visit to perennial power Nodaway Valley, a home date with Carlisle and back to back road games with Grandview Park Baptist and Southeast Warren, both of which have proven to be difficult opponents this year. The holiday break couldn’t have come at a better time for the Trojans who lost leading scorer and loan Senior starter Bobby Beier to an ankle injury during a loss to I-35 of Truro. The timetable for his return is still uncertain.
