State Auditor Rob Sand will be in Newton today as part of his 100 Town Hall Tour across Iowa’s 99 counties. Members of the public are encouraged to attend his Noon to 1 p.m. visit. The town hall session will be the Comer Park Gazebo at the corner of East 2nd Street and 1st Avenue. It’s the State Auditor’s only town hall meeting that day. Tomorrow, September 10th, Sand is scheduled to host town halls in 7 counties.
